For scheduling your rental property dryer vent cleaning, Please fill out this form. Be sure to include tenant information to contact for scheduling. If vacant, please type "Vacant" for the tenant name and insert the key code / lockbox code in the same section or "Message" section. We will schedule the job ASAP unless you provide any alternate request in the "Message" section.
Basic inland service costs are $119 to $149, depending on location and type of building (1-story / 2-story / condo). Outer island areas cost a little more. We offer discounts for scheduling multiple properties at the same time & location.
Our Standard Discounts:
2-3 units = 10% off
4-6 units= 20% off
7-9 units= 30% off
10+ units = 35% off
For homes or units at separate locations (i.g.. One home in Cape Coral and one in Fort Myers), each home bundled will receive $10 off!
**The above discounts cannot be stacked or used with any other discounts or promotions.
